Need to notify us 48 hours or more before session that someone is sick or something has come up?

We will retain the 50% retainer paid of your session cost to cover loss of business. You are welcome to schedule a new date and pay a new retainer. 


Need to cancel in less than 24 hours and up to the session start time?


This is considered a cancelation and a full loss of business. You will need to pay a new session cost to book.

NO SHOWS are considered cancellations and all monies paid will be retained.


After 2 no shows - we will no longer conduct business with the client.

When the unexpected happens - we make adjustments. When the forecast makes steady predictions - we react.

Things such as rain, heavy snow, ice, flash floods, hurricanes, windy days with gusts over 12-15mph, thunderstorms are examples of things we cannot control. We also do not want to put our clients in any danger or simply risk their session not being great.

While some rainy day photos do look fabulous - we always want to protect our gear and not have miserable little clients.

Inclement weather for outdoor sessions or if weather impact travel to indoor sessions will be rescheduled if possible [themed minis included and subject to availability] OR a credit will be issued for future use.
